Our Staff
Noreen Keleshian
Noreen joined Cancer Support Community Colorado as its Executive Director in
December 2009. She spent the prior 20 years as President and CEO of Parent
Pathways, a Denver nonprofit organization whose mission is to help teen parents
raise healthy families. She was privileged to participate as a member of the
team that led Parent Pathways through a strategic positioning process, which
resulted in identifying the focused mission and implementing significant
organizational changes to achieve it. Today its mission is achieved primarily
though the Florence Crittenton School for pregnant and parenting teen mothers
with an on-site early learning center for their babies. Before she joined Parent
Pathways Noreen was a consulting professional with Arthur Andersen & Co.
Noreen has held numerous volunteer community leadership positions. She is a
member and past-President of the Denver Mile High Rotary Club and a recipient of
The Rotary Foundation District Service Award. She currently serves as a member
of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Nonprofit Association and the Rocky
Mountain United Methodist Foundation, and is a former member of the Board of
Directors of Mile High United Way.
Noreen received her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and her M.B.A. from The
University of Michigan.

Heather O’Neil
Heather became the part-time Program Manager for Cancer Support Community Colorado in February 2011. She received her B.S. degree from Colorado State University in 1994 and her M.S.W. degree from The University of Denver in 1997. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Heather has extensive experience working with people who are chronically ill and their loved ones. Before coming to Cancer Support Community Colorado she held a variety of clinical positions in organizations such as The Denver Hospice, Denver Health, and Arapahoe County Department of Human Services. She brings a wealth of knowledge around group process, program development and design, and the psychological/psychosocial impact of cancer.
When not busy at work Heather loves to travel, read and laugh. She and her husband have two daughters, Rhae and Isabella.
